These variables all work together to highlight how important employee experience is in today's workplace.



It's undeniable that the industry has shifted its focus to enhancing the employee experience. Some analysts predict that this focus will shift more and more toward user-friendly apps that can be integrated with current systems.

In the upcoming years, 92 percent of companies worldwide stated they will prioritize improving the work experience, according to Willis Towers Watson's 2021 work Experience Survey. Before the epidemic, that percentage was 52%.
